Mark Knippel's music contains a wide variety of influences, from the repetitive rhythmic intensity of African music, to the fluidity of Indian classical music, to the exotic melodic and scalar ideas of composers like Bela Bartok and Oliver Messiean. Self-professed composer / teacher / nerd, Rafael Hernandez, is the author of musical and technological materials wide and varied. Jason McChristian has an M.A. and B.M. in Music Compositon and has had works performed nationally by renowned ensembles such as The Premiere Saxophone Quartet and the San Jose Chamber Orchestra Geoffrey Pope (b. 1986) has been recognized through numerous commissions and appointments as a composer and conductor. Anthony Joseph Lanman has become one of his generation’s most dynamic composers of contemporary concert music. Jonathan Russell is a composer, bass clarinetist, conductor, and educator, whose work has been hailed as “incredibly virtuosic, rocking, and musical”
